How does our birthday event reminder service work ?
Once you have created your account you will see an option to add event reminders. Simply add the occasion dates you want reminding of, how many days before the event you would like a reminder and, when that date arrives we will send you an email to remind you of the occasion. It's a great way to remember those special events and find the perfect gift at the same time.
Do you send the invoice with the parcel ?
Currently all invoices are sent at the time of purchase to your nominated email address. This helps the environment by reducing the amount of paper we use. In the parcel you will find your dispatch note confirming the items ordered are in that parcel.
How do I know my parcel has been dispatched ?
When we have dispatched your parcel you will receive a confirmation email from us along with an SMS/Email from our delivery provider DPD. If your item has been sent via Royal Mail we will email you with a tracking number,
Can I pay with PayPal ?
Yes PayPal can be used to purchase items and will appear in the checkout payment options.
Do you offer gift wrapping ?
We know how stressful wrapping the perfect gift can be that's why we will take care of this for you. For £3.50 per item your product is hand wrapped using high quality wrapping paper to suit the occasion along with a personalised gift tag.
Can I send a gift to a different address ?
When purchasing items at the checkout you will find the option to ship your purchase to an alternative address. Unfortunately we currently cannot ship to a BFPO address.
Do you ship Internationally ?
Yes we can do, if you are wanting an item shipped overseas take a look at our delivery locations. If you cant find the location you are wanting, contact us and we will advise of the service available and cost. Please be aware there could be additional charges (i.e Duty, Taxes) that you are responsible for depending on the destination.

How quick will my parcel be delivered ?
We will always aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day however, during busy periods this can take a little longer. Express delivery orders, we will aim to dispatch the same day if received before 11am. For more information see our delivery information page - Here -
I have selected an item with free delivery and one without, now I have a delivery charge ?
If your order contains and item with free delivery and one with a delivery charge then a delivery charge will be applied, more information can be found - Here -
I have got a large item(s) and other items in my basket, but I can't select express or weekend delivery ?
This is correct, when these are ordered together and processed as one order all the items are dispatched using our UK standard delivery. We will contact you to arrange delivery of your Large Item(s). If you require the other part of your order with express or weekend delivery you will need to place 2 separate orders.
I have received an email asking for a review of my purchase ?
We send out a review email about 5 days after your confirmed order, it would be great if you could leave a review on the product and service received as this helps other customers who are interested in those items.
